GRAPES For A Good Life Ltd provided NALIS with resources for improving the holistic development of parents and students through technology. ‘GRAPES’ distributed access codes for its online parent network forum and chatroom at all NALIS libraries throughout Trinidad and Tobago.
Attendees included the staff of NALIS and members of the public who were given free education and psychological consultations by Elder Associates Limited and GRAPES For a Good Life Limited. Attendees were also guided through an interactive session on accessing the online platform features like video guides, chat- rooms and resources. Participants had no problems using the technology and were directed to use the agent chatbox on the home page for additional help with website navigation.
